* Within China, decorating with the color red is known to bring about good luck. It is also said that red is the only color of good fortune.

* Within the Feng Shui practice, the color yellow is considered to be an imperial color which the majority of the masters at Feng Shui make use of and there are some of them that consider yellow to be a lot more beneficial than the color red.

* When decorating using Feng Shui, you should always remember that green is considered to be a color of peace, freshness and growth.

* The decorative colors that are darker can either be depressing or relaxing and all of the light colors can be annoying and uplifting, all of the extreme colors are capable of being aggravating or exhilarating.
